Not Sarah, she made immediate eye contact, greeted us with a smile and seated us within a matter of seconds. Again another major irritant of mine is when you walk up to the hostess stand and they do not acknowledge you, pretend that they are so busy updating the seating chart or too busy looking at their phone. Alex ran food, Alex bust the tables, Alex crumbed the tables, Alex was like a service Ninja, you may have not seen or heard her, but you knew she was there. Alex was just as integral as Lihn, one of my biggest irritations with service is when my water glass gets empty, Alex made sure that never happened with any of the tables in our area. Her name is Lihn and she was very personable, friendly, delightful, anticipated our every dinning needs and never had to ask for anything, not even the multiple Washington Apples that we consumed throughout the evening. To cut to the chase, I want to talk about the most important item that made our visit to your establishment that would be the service. We were there on our annual guys golf retreat.
